How we handle the details you give us when you ask for demo access.
This page covers the MyCEO product demo. It describes what the demo actually does with your details — not what a policy template says it might.
When you request demo access we ask for your name, work email, company and role, and optionally your phone number and revenue range. We use them to decide whether to grant access and to contact you about MyCEO. Nothing else.
We also record the IP address and browser the request came from, and which link on the site you arrived through. That is used to spot automated abuse of the form and to understand which parts of the site work.
When you visit this site we give your browser a random identifier and store it in a cookie. We use it to record which pages you look at and which advert, email or link brought you here, so we know which of them are worth continuing. It identifies a browser, not a person, and on its own it tells us nothing about who you are.
If you later request demo access or sign in, we connect that earlier browsing to you. We think you should know that plainly: it means the pages you read before signing up become part of what we hold about you. The connection is only ever made when you yourself sign up or sign in — we do not fingerprint your device, buy data about you, or try to work out who you are from your IP address.
There are no third-party analytics or advertising scripts on this site, and nothing here is shared with an advertising network. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal we record nothing at all — no identifier is created and no request is sent. Clearing your cookies also resets the identifier.
If you are in the EU, the EEA, the UK or Switzerland we ask you first. Nothing is recorded and no identifier is created until you choose “Accept”, and declining costs you nothing — the site works exactly the same either way. You can change your mind at any time: review your cookie choices. Withdrawing also deletes the browsing record we kept under the old choice.
Elsewhere, including the United States, we record it by default and rely on this notice and the opt-out signals above. We have said which rule applies where rather than implying one rule everywhere.
Once you are inside the demo we record what you did with it: which dashboards you opened, which charts you opened or exported, the questions you typed to the AI analyst, any reports you built, and whether you asked for more time. We use it to follow up usefully — so that a conversation starts from what you were actually interested in rather than from a blank page.
We also record each visit — when you signed in, and the IP address and browser you arrived from — so we can see whether you came back. The IP address is not used to identify you: you are signed in, so we already know who you are. It tells us when several people are visiting from the same organisation.
All of it is tied to your email address, so it is not anonymous, and you can ask for it in the same way as anything else below. We do not record keystrokes, mouse movement, scrolling, or your screen, and we do not replay your session.

Deletion is automatic and runs daily — it is not something anyone has to remember to do.
Nobody. We do not sell it, share it, or pass it to advertisers, and the demo carries no third-party analytics or tracking scripts. It is stored in a private database in AWS in the United States and reachable only by MyCEO staff.
Every customer, order and campaign you see in the demo belongs to Meridian Supply Co., a company we invented. It is generated data. No real business's information is in there, and nothing you do in the demo touches anyone else's records.
Email scarlett@my-ceo.ai and we will show you everything we have about you, or delete it. Deletion removes your sign-in account and every stored record of your request.
