The agreement between you and Rokos.io Corp for MyCEO. Last updated 25 August 2026.
MyCEO is operated by Rokos.io Corp ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it, and "you" means that company.
MyCEO connects to your business data and lets you ask questions of it in plain language. Our AI agents — Scarlett for analysis, Seth for engineering, Sebastian for monitoring and security — read that data, answer questions, and build reports. Which agents are available depends on your plan and on what your administrator has enabled.
The public demo is free and provided so you can decide whether MyCEO is worth buying. Specific things about it:
This section matters more than most, so it is written plainly rather than defensively.
Answers, charts, reports and recommendations from our agents are generated by large language models working over your data. They are usually right and they are sometimes wrong. They can misread a question, choose the wrong column, or state something with more confidence than the underlying data supports.
So: MyCEO is a tool for analysis, not a source of professional advice. Nothing it produces is financial, legal, tax, investment or medical advice. Before you act on a number that matters — a board paper, a filing, a decision that moves money — verify it. Every answer shows the query that produced it precisely so that you can.
You remain responsible for decisions you make using MyCEO. Where the law permits, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on AI-generated output.
We do not use your business data to train foundation models, and we do not share it with other customers.
Do not:
We may suspend an account immediately where we believe this section is being breached, or where activity threatens the service for other customers.
Your business data stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to operate the service for you — to store it, process it, and let our agents answer your questions about it.
How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy notice, which forms part of these terms. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete it, at any time.
On any paid plan you can export your data while your account is active. After an account closes we keep data for 30 days so it can be restored if you change your mind, then delete it.
When paid plans launch, the following will apply:
We aim to keep MyCEO available and working, but during private beta we do not offer a service level guarantee. We may change, interrupt or withdraw features, and we will give reasonable notice of anything significant unless the change is urgent — for example a security fix.
The demo in particular may be unavailable, capped, or reset without notice.
You may stop using MyCEO and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give reasonable notice and, for a paid plan, refund the unused part of any period already paid for.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, and to the fullest extent the law allows: MyCEO is provided "as is"; we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost revenue or lost data; and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Where you have paid us nothing — including all demo use — that limit is nil.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use MyCEO after that means you accept the new terms; if you do not, you can close your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief wherever appropriate.
Questions about these terms, or anything else: scarlett@my-ceo.ai.
